    ABOUT

Our group's research interests lie in the scientific understanding and technical development of future electronic devices that have unique functions and characteristics. Our goal is to realize ideal electronic functionalities into the leading edge of the post-silicon era that is beyond von-Neumann computer platform system. Especially, less than sub-5 nm, we investigate the molecular- or bio-scale device in terms of charge transport phenomena, functions, and device architectures. Above 10 nm, we study the nonvolatile memory and memristor (brain-inspired computing)  using diverse functional materials such as carbon-, organic- oxide-based materials on the advanced device integrations.
